XtraDimension Educational Services consists of a team of professionals whose diverse educational backgrounds and expertise allow them to help students discover the programs of study best suited to their individual strengths and interests, provide personalized academic support, and ensure that every individual achieves his or her personal, academic and professional goals. Our Founder and President, Donald Chambers, has been providing assistance and guidance to students for over 30 years. He has a BComm in Management from Concordia University and is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). He has held several administrative and managerial positions at Concordia, including Admissions Officer, Academic Advisor, Enrolment Manager, and most recently Director of Student Academic Services (SAS) at Concordia’s Faculty of Arts and Science.  Our Director of Operations, Anne-Marie Headon holds a D.E.C. in Health Sciences, as well as a B.Sc. with Honours in Biology and a DESS (Post Graduate Diploma) at the Université de Montréal. She has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, including eleven years in the pharmaceuticals industry. She has worked in the Student Affairs Department of Concordia University, providing registration and advising services to students in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.  Anne-Marie has also worked as a teaching assistant in Molecular and General Genetics.   Some of our recent projects include: Conducted a series of time management and study skills workshops for first-year student athletes at Concordia University. The format was customized to meet the unique challenges facing this group. Provided consulting services in enrolment management to a new unit of a major Quebec university Assisted with the launch of a new academic program at a major Quebec university Transitioned secondary students transferring to new high schools Established a personalized academic tutoring program for secondary students “Helping students succeed”
